Terms of Service

By using IFix Hub services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All repairs are performed based on the device condition at the time of inspection. Repair estimates may change if additional issues are discovered during the repair process.

Repair completion times are estimates only and may vary depending on device condition, technical requirements, and parts availability.

Device Assessment

Devices may undergo diagnostic testing before repair. Customers authorize IFix Hub to inspect and test devices as necessary to determine faults and required repairs.

Customer Data Responsibility

Customers are responsible for backing up all personal data before submitting a device for repair.

IFix Hub is not responsible for the loss of photos, contacts, files, applications, accounts, passwords, or any other stored data.

Warranty Policy

Selected repairs include a limited warranty covering replacement parts and workmanship.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Misuse or accidental damage
  • Software issues caused by third-party applications
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear

Warranty periods may vary depending on the type of repair and replacement part used.

Uncollected Devices

Devices not collected within 90 days after customer notification may be considered abandoned and handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

Limitation of Liability

IFix Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from device failure, repair delays, or data loss.
